1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is 75solutions.

For matters related to personal data protection contact: kontakt@75solutions.dev.

Once the legal entity operating 75solutions is registered, the controller's details will be updated accordingly.

2. What data we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may process the following data:

Form data

Through the contact form and the estimate form we may collect:

  • your name or company name,
  • e-mail address,
  • phone number — if provided,
  • the content of your message,
  • details of the service or project you are interested in.

Technical logs

While you use the website, technical logs are created automatically, containing in particular:

  • IP address,
  • browser type,
  • requested URL,
  • date and time of the request,
  • technical information related to the operation and security of the website.

Logs are used exclusively for technical, diagnostic and security purposes.

Visit statistics

We collect aggregated data on how the website is used, by means of our own analytics system described in detail in section 4. You can switch statistics off at any time in the privacy settings available on the site.

We do not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data submitted through a form is processed:

  • to answer your enquiry and to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract — under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
  • in other cases related to correspondence and handling enquiries — under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. our legitimate interest in communicating with people interested in our services.

Technical logs are processed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest is ensuring security, detecting errors, preventing abuse and keeping the website running correctly.

Data collected by our analytics system is processed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest being audience measurement of our own website and improving it based on aggregated data. The system stores nothing on your device (it uses neither cookies nor browser storage for identification), so running it does not require consent for access to terminal equipment.

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of statistical data (Art. 21 GDPR). The simplest way is to switch statistics off in the site's privacy settings — from that moment your visits are no longer recorded. We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal if your browser sends it.

4. Visit statistics — our own counter

We measure audience with our own analytics system running on our infrastructure. We do not use Google Analytics or any external advertising systems, we embed no advertising pixels, and we do not use the data to track users across different websites.

For each page view we record:

  • the address of the visited page,
  • the language version,
  • the referring website, if the user came from another site,
  • campaign parameters present in the URL, such as utm_*,
  • device type,
  • browser type,
  • operating system,
  • browser window width,
  • information allowing us to determine the time spent on the page.

Within the analytics system:

  • we do not store IP addresses in the database;
  • the IP address is used momentarily to create a daily, pseudonymous identifier — from the IP address, browser information and a secret salt rotated every day — after which the IP address itself is discarded;
  • the identifier is not used to track a user across consecutive days;
  • we store no tracking identifier in your browser;
  • we do not build marketing profiles of users;
  • we do not use statistics for behavioural advertising;
  • we do not use statistics to identify specific individuals;
  • we exclude traffic recognised as coming from bots as well as visits to the admin panel.

Statistical events are kept for a maximum of 400 days and are then deleted automatically.

You can switch statistics off at any time in the site's privacy settings — your choice is stored locally in your browser and applies to subsequent visits.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses no advertising or marketing cookies and no technologies for tracking users across different websites. Our analytics system does not use cookies either.

The website may use the following technical and functional mechanisms:

Name Type Purpose Storage period
sb-<project>-auth-token Cookie Login session for the 75solutions admin panel. It is never set for regular visitors of the public website. Until logout, max. 1 year
x-locale Cookie Remembers the selected language version of the site (PL/EN). 12 months
theme localStorage Remembers the light or dark theme chosen by the user. Until browser data is cleared
75s-consent localStorage Remembers the user’s privacy settings, including statistics being switched off. Until browser data is cleared

The mechanisms remembering language, theme and your privacy choice are not used for advertising or user tracking.

You can change your choice regarding statistics at any time using the “Change privacy settings” function — the button below and the link in the site footer. You can also delete the stored information directly in your browser settings.

6. How long we keep data

Data from enquiries submitted through a form is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry.

If the contact does not lead to further cooperation, we delete the data as a rule no later than 12 months after the correspondence ends, unless keeping it longer is justified by the need to establish, pursue or defend against claims.

If the contact results in a contract or the start of cooperation, the data may be kept for the period required by law and for the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend against potential claims.

Server technical logs are kept for 14 days (daily rotation), unless keeping them longer is necessary to investigate a security incident.

Analytics events are kept for a maximum of 400 days.

7. Data recipients and transfers outside the EEA

To run the website we use service providers processing data on our behalf, in particular:

  • OVHcloud — hosting and server infrastructure (the VPS the site runs on);
  • Supabase — database infrastructure and backend services;
  • Resend — e-mail delivery.

These entities receive data only to the extent necessary to provide services to us.

Because we use technology providers, data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred to a country for which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision, the transfer takes place using appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR, in particular the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We do not sell, share with third parties or use for advertising the data from our analytics system.

8. Your rights

To the extent provided for by the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access your data;
  • receive a copy of the data;
  • rectify incorrect data;
  • erase data;
  • restrict processing;
  • object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — including visit statistics, which you can switch off with a single click in the privacy settings;
  • data portability, where processing is based on consent or a contract and carried out by automated means.

To exercise your rights, contact us at kontakt@75solutions.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Poland).

Providing data in a form is voluntary, but the fields marked as required are needed to submit and handle your enquiry.

In the case of statistical data we are unable to identify a specific user based on the information we store, and we are not obliged to obtain additional data solely in order to identify a person for the purpose of exercising their rights (Art. 11 GDPR). If, however, you provide additional information allowing the data to be identified, your request will be handled in accordance with the relevant GDPR provisions.

9. Automated decision-making and profiling

We do not make decisions about users based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affect them. We do not build advertising profiles of our visitors.

10. Social media integrations

For internal analytics of 75solutions' own activity we use official social media APIs, such as Meta or TikTok. These integrations serve solely to fetch statistics of 75solutions' own accounts, such as:

  • follower counts,
  • view counts,
  • reach,
  • performance of published material.

We do not use these integrations to obtain data about visitors of 75solutions.dev or to track their activity on social media.

11. Changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy may be updated when the way the website works, the services we use, or applicable legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page together with the date of the last update.
